I know this advert... more than 6 months that people pass it on... I don't know if it has been broadcasted in many countries so far? What could we say...muslim world is now depicted as such... People have so strong prejudices against the islamic world...
Recently, I watched the "Tout le monde en parle" Ardison Show on France2 (Thanks to the Derb Ghellef Souk and its decoders!), and one of the guests was Jane Fonda (which I actually appreciate for her ideas ans some of her believes... clearly pretty far from the ignorant Mr Smith average american guy...). Well, as usual, Ardisson chose a quiz, this time a "Would you or would you not" one with some funny questions and other more serious. She was enjoying the quizz, with a very pleasant smile... Pleasant smile till this question "Woule you marry a muslim man?". Then Jane pulled her face, and said as if she was disgusted of the idea "Oh, noooooo"...
He would have asked her if she would have liked to marry the devil, it would have been the same reaction...
Tha's what it is... Some black sheeps conveyed the ieda that the word muslim equals barbar, and people just don't think farther than what Fox News and its ideological affiliates are telling them...
